Trout Cottage

Located in a quiet backwater just behind the Methodist Chapel in Filey, this two storey former fisherman's cottage has been thoughtfully refurbished in November 2016, keeping its charm but with a few modern luxuries. A three minutes walk brings you to the unspoilt town centre where you will find a plethora of  local shops, bars and restaurants. If you go down ' Cargate Hill' this will bring you to Filey's beautiful horseshoe shaped 5  mile beach. Along the promenade  you will find a paddling pool, mini golf, numerous cafes and  beach shacks where you can buy everything  for the beach.

With a wide range of places to visit including Scarborough and Whitby to the north and Flamborough Head, Bempton Cliffs (great for bird watching)  and Bridlington to the south, together with the North York Moors National Park inland, there is no shortage of activities for all the family.

Ground floor: Living room. Small fully equipped kitchen with table and 2 chairs.  Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and under floor heating.

First floor: spacious airy main bedroom with double bed: and second bedroom with twin beds. Gas CH, electric, bed linen and towels included in the price. 32" LED TV with Freeview, DVD.  In the kitchen:  Gas cooker. Microwave. Washer. Fridge with separate Freezer compartment.  Enclosed courtyard .  Enjoy the summer sun with table and 2 chairs, relaxing outside taking the fresh sea air outside/smoking area.  No smoking inside cottage.
