Join bestselling author and columnist Sally Coulthard for a fascinating talk inspired by her book The Apple: A Delicious History.

Enjoy a reading by Sally Coulthard followed by a talk about the book, question & answer session and book signing.

The evening will begin with an Apple Gin Fizz* on arrival at 6.30pm, featuring the limited-edition Ampleforth Abbey York Gin combined with Ampleforth Abbey apple juice, with the talk starting at 7pm.

Sally Coulthard is a non-fiction author who has spent the last two decades writing about her favourite things - nature, history and craft.

Sally has published over twenty books and lives on a small holding in the Howardian Hills, North Yorkshire.
